The Priority Maintenance Plan is PolarCore’s residential membership program that bundles annual furnace and AC tune-ups with priority scheduling, waived after-hours dispatch fees, and repair discounts. Annual plan pricing typically pays for itself in dispatch fee savings alone if any emergency dispatch is needed during the year ($145 evening or $195 overnight/holiday dispatch fees waived for members). Beyond the fee savings, membership provides priority routing during peak arctic outbreak or heat wave events when standard dispatch queue can stretch to 3–6 hours — members go to the front of the line. Enrollment is available for single-family residential, multi-property landlord and property management portfolios, and light-commercial installations.
Heat pumps run in both heating and cooling seasons and require twice-annual service (spring cooling mode verification, fall heating mode verification including defrost cycle and auxiliary strip heat). Priority Maintenance Plan for heat pump installations includes both annual tune-ups plus refrigerant charge verification each season, defrost cycle operation verification, and reversing valve testing.
Hydronic boiler systems benefit from annual water quality testing (pH, hardness, inhibitor level), sediment flush on cast iron sectional boilers, and heat exchanger inspection on wall-hung modulating condensing boilers. Priority Maintenance Plan for boiler installations includes water quality testing as an included service.
Whole-home humidifier and dehumidifier installations require annual service (media pad or canister replacement, water supply valve inspection, humidistat calibration verification). Priority Maintenance Plan includes annual media pad or canister replacement at no additional cost when combined with furnace or AC tune-up.
Kohler or Generac standby generator maintenance (oil change, spark plug replacement, transfer switch verification, battery load testing) can be added to Priority Maintenance Plan enrollment for combined HVAC + generator maintenance scheduling.
Landlords, property managers, and multi-property owners receive volume discounts on Priority Maintenance Plan enrollment. Volume tiers:
Multi-property enrollment includes centralized invoicing, portfolio-level reporting on maintenance completion and equipment condition, coordinated tune-up scheduling to minimize property visits, and consolidated documentation for property records and tenant handoffs.
Light-commercial installations (retail buildings, office spaces, small restaurants, medical offices) can enroll in Priority Maintenance with adjusted scheduling for business operating hours. Light-commercial standard benefits include:
Priority Maintenance Plan covers scheduled maintenance and provides discounts and benefits on other service. Explicitly not covered by the plan:
The plan is maintenance-focused with dispatch and discount benefits; comprehensive warranty coverage on equipment is handled through the equipment manufacturer’s own warranty program, not through the maintenance plan.
Priority Maintenance Plan enrollment runs through the Corona Road office in southwest Columbia. Call (573) 615-6659 to speak with Beth Lindquist about enrollment, plan options, or multi-property arrangements.
